I am expecting a purchase order but haven’t received anything. What should I do?
Your purchase orders are sent to you by email once they are raised, so it is possible that we have an incorrect or different email address for you on record. Please check with your Quilter contact in the first instance to ensure that a purchase order has been issued (as it may still be going through internal approvals). If the purchase order has been raised, then please email Procurement@quilter.com to check the status and email address we have on record as this may need updating.
